Programs & Events

  • With over a decade of experience bringing ideas to life, Mackenzie specializes in turning concepts into meaningful, well-executed programs and events. From initial visioning and strategic planning to logistical execution and post-program evaluation, she offers a structured yet flexible approach tailored to your community’s unique needs.

Mackenzie believes deeply in the power of programming as a vehicle for connection. She knows that gathering people around a shared experience - whether playful, educational, or thought-provoking - can break down barriers, foster belonging, and strengthen community bonds.

A thoughtfully designed program should do more than fill a calendar, it should spark joy, inspire creativity, encourage personal growth, and elevate wellbeing. Mackenzie builds programs that empower participants to express themselves, engage meaningfully, and walk away feeling seen, supported, and energized.

    The Provider Collaborative

  • Mackenzie is a skilled project manager, co-creator, and trusted thought partner when it comes to bringing mission-aligned organizations and individuals together around a shared cause. She thrives in collaborative spaces - helping diverse stakeholders connect, communicate, and co-create in ways that feel purposeful and energizing.

She also understands the realities: managing large, cross-sector initiatives on top of daily operations can stretch internal teams thin and sometimes lead to burnout or inter-organizational tension.

That’s where a neutral facilitator makes all the difference. Mackenzie provides steady, strategic support by guiding conversations, setting clear goals, clarifying roles, and keeping momentum high. With a focus on equity, trust-building, and shared accountability, she ensures every voice is heard and each organization can deliver on its commitments- without losing sight of the bigger picture.
